You Are All is a deeply personal booklet about his spiritual, moral and social beliefs that rejects gods and heavens and souls and rebirths, but instead places our spiritual experience and values firmly within the realm of truth and reason.

You Are All is about how I feel each of us can live our truth. In it, I am asking
the reader
to take a journey to discover what I believe to be true. It is about the
moral conclusions
I have drawn from my beliefs and the social guidelines I have arrived
at for how we as individuals, and humanity as a whole, should act and live.
For Tim, the heart of spiritual belief is a deeper understanding of reality, of the
nature of being – not just sensing things as they appear to be, but understanding
their underlying unity and our place within that unity. Everything is within us and
that we are within everything. As part of this realization, we each become aware
of the energy within our
own body and consciousness, learn how that energy is spiritually
powerful, and realize
that it is linked to the energy surrounding us.
